Phil Uhl has been creating images on paper, canvas, and more recently, computers, for over 5 decades. Having grown up at the waters edge, it is not surprising that he is best known for his accomplishments and contributions to the Marine Art world. Uhl has also produced a large body of abstract works and is considered a pioneer in regard to Digital Imaging and Fine Art production using digital tools.
